Role Overview:
You will be responsible for ensuring that outstanding customer service is provided to all customers and staff by providing comprehensive and efficient administrative office support.

Role Responsibilites:
– Provide both the internal and external customers with outstanding customer service at all times.
– Arrange deliveries and collections of collateral belongings to the customers for their events, etc.
– Support the Customer Service Team ensuring that the call centre runs both smoothly and professionally.
– Input data accurately onto the system and spreadhseets as and when required.
– Liaise with the warehouse, accounts and sales departments to carry out tasks to support this position.
– Meet and greet visitors to the office as and when required.
