Admin Assistant (part time)

ADMINISTRATOR (part time) – Permanent – Leiston – £18-20k pro rata

A varied and busy role has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join this small, dedicated team managing their UK operations. To be involved in general and HR related administration.

Duties of the part time Administrator will include but not be limited to;
•Supporting the branch with administrative tasks within the accounts, admin and HSE team
•Organising and completing customer yearly renewals
•Working closely with sales department to support any admin related tasks; contracts, client letters, etc.
•Generating invoices
•Producing various reports

HR related tasks to include;
•Preparing all new starter information including handbook, eligibility to work, pension, IT set up
•Monitor and control of absence – sickness and holiday
•Organise and manage all training records
•Updating company policies
•Conducting certification checks such as driving licences, fork lift, NEBOSH
•Update and manage Investors in People
•Payroll preparation

Skills/Experience required of the part time Administrator;
•Relevant experience within an office based Admin role
•Some HR Admin experience would be advantageous
•Organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
•Strong IT skills – MS Office essential. Accounts package or CRM system experience would be an advantage
•Ability to work in a small team and adopt a flexible approach to tasks/support required
•Keen eye for detail and strong accuracy skills

SALARY: £18-20k pro rata, holiday 20 days plus bank holidays, Pension, expenses/mileage paid

HOURS: flexible to suit – ideally 25 hours per week – can fit school hours or over 4 days per wk.
