Position: Accounts Assistant
Salary: £17,680 – £19,760
Contract: Permanent

Job Purpose

To provide efficient administrative accounts support within the finance department.

Key aspects of this role

• Provide key Administrative Accounts Support
• Assisting with Customer and Supplier Ledgers
• Invoicing
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Duties
• Assistance with Payroll
• Journals and other associated bookkeeping tasks
• Any other Accounts and Administration Support tasks as and when required


• Experience in an administrative / accounts role with experience of payroll
• Computer literate, with excellent experience of Word, Excel, Internet and Email.
• Organisational and prioritisation skills (Time Management)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail is critical
• Confident and polite telephone manner


• Specific Accounts experience relating to Journals, bookkeeping tasks
