Accounts Assistant – Maternity Cover – Up to £23k

Select Appointments are helping our client to find them an experienced Accounts Assistant who has Hospitality/Catering industry experience and the ability to hit the ground running to cover Maternity Leave in their established organization in Welwyn Garden City!

The role:
Assisting the Finance Team with month end duties
Monitor and reconcile daily revenue from all outlets
Posting receipts on to Sage once banked
Raising and Posting invoices
Preparing weekly reports with action plans
Investigation discrepancies

You must be:
Numerical with great attention to detail
Previous Sales Ledger/Credit Control experience
Computer literate with Excel (Intermediate), Sage and Word
Excellent communication skills
Proven good standard of education
Available from July – Mid October (busiest time of the year)

Salary up to £23k dependent on experience
