Are you an experienced SaaS Account Manager?
Can you show a consultancy approach on handling blue chip accounts?

Our client, a SaaS provider is looking to grow their UK team, and need an experienced and self-motivated Account manager to support UK & Europe offices.
This role incorporates account management and business development, so you will have the ability to create new opportunities and successfully grow the business.

Key duties
• Taking the lead for key accounts, nurturing and developing new business while maintaining first class customer service.
• Confident in identifying and closing client leads to maximise business growth.
• Be responsible for own targets and manage the full contract life cycle from start to finish.
• Become a product expert and know the inside out of the company software.
• Attend trade shows, networking and follow up new business leads.
• Inputting all sales/account management on SalesForce.

The ideal person
• At least 3-5 years working in the SAAS technology industry managing blue chip accounts
• Proven target hitting results in sales
• Exceptional communicator, articulate and influential
• SalesForce/ MS office experience
• Proposal or bid-writing experience would be beneficial
• Risk management/security or crisis management would be a strictly advantageous
• Confident in managing their own workload

This role will expect the candidate to consent to occasional travel with in the UK and abroad when required.
