Account Manager

We are currently looking for an Account Manager for a SaaS client based in Oxford. As the Account Manager you will be instrumental to the support of customers, as such you will need to have an understanding of developing web technologies and be adept at solving problems of complex software products.

As the Account manager you will need:
• Understanding of XML, HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a bonus
• Working knowledge of common desktop applications
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure

The Account Manager will need to be able to measure and improve customer satisfaction, you will do this by:
• Building rapport with customers
• Adding value to the service you provide
• Managing expectations and working to agreed schedules
• Communicating effectively both internally and with customers

The ideal candidate will have a technical related degree or experience matching the level of knowledge and have worked previously in a software company.
