Remote 2nd Line IT Desktop Support Technician to join an exciting, creative and dynamic IT team around the London and Home Counties area.

The 2nd Line Support technician will have the following attributes:
* Experience of 1st and 2nd Line support in Windows environments

* Strong in both verbal and written communication to all levels of the business. Must be personable with an ability to converse with the users to ascertain the issue
* Meticulous attention to detail

* Highly organised

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment

* AD, Office 365, MS Office admin and troubleshooting

* Knowledge of networks LAN/WAN/DHCP/DNS/TCPIP
