Select Appointments are excited to be partnered with a well-established, award-winning IT & VoIP provider based in the Newark area. The Business has grown considerably over the past few years and are well-established in delivering an outstanding service to a growing number of clients. With continuing growth, they are looking for an experienced and highly motivated 1st Line IT Engineer to join the existing team.

The main responsibility of the role is to deliver exceptional 1st Line IT Helpdesk technical support to both internal and external customers and staff, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone and email – a large majority of this position is customer service based with some technical requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide high levels of customer service to clients and customers
Log fault details / tickets into the system
Assist with minor technical IT faults
