1st Line Apple Support Technician

Hi all, I am currently recruiting for a 1st Line IT Service Desk Engineer in Central London.

Are you passionate about technology and Apple and looking to join a vibrant company in Central London? The role is in-house support. The 1st Line Service Desk Engineer will have the following attributes:
* Strong knowledge of the Apple macOS and Mac OS X operating systems
* Knowledge of of Apple hardware
* Cloud based software services i.e Office 365, G Suite, Dropbox

* Experience of NAS devices

* Excellent organisation and time management
* Excellent interpersonal skills
