1st / 2nd line Apple Support Technician

I am looking for a macOS IT Support Technician to join a thriving IT MSP based in London.
The role is predominantly field based within London but this will be mixed with some project work and days working with the Service Desk team.
1st and 2nd Line IT support in predominantly Apple based networks so in-depth knowledge of macOS and iOS is a must.
Cross-platform integration with Windows based technolgies, Office 365 and other cloud based products.
Good knowledge of IT networking and a computer operating systems and a passion for technology is essential. Organisation and knowledge of ITIL best working practices.
Ability to make customers and users feel at ease is important as you wil be client facing the majority of times.
