Our client, nationally leading in their sector and based in Bicester, has an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join their team as Warehouse Team Leader.
The Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for the operational management and development within the team.
The hours for this role are 42.5 Tuesday-Friday 9.30am-6:30pm and then Saturday 8am-5pm. The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of between £23-24k and an excellent benefits package including 33 days holiday a year!
The Role
·To manage, lead, motivate and develop the depot team
·To monitor and manage employee absence, holidays, performance and training
·Supervising the goods-in and raising incident reports
·Co-ordinate and manage the day to day stock control for equipment & spares
·Supervising and ensuring completion of monthly stock counts
The Ideal Candidate
·Strong written and verbal communication skills
·Ability to use own initiative and work without supervision
·IT literacy
·Organisational skills
·FL licence is desirable but not essential
