We're expanding our recruitment team here at Select. As a trainee recruitment consultant, you’ll be working alongside our more experienced consultants filling vacancies on behalf of a wide range of clients. You’ll also be building a market for yourself; becoming a subject matter expert in your field and using a wide range of internal and external resources to develop your personal brand.

From day one, you'll learn a huge amount about how businesses operate and the recruitment process; to support your development, you'll also be enrolled into industry accredited qualifications alongside our tailored in-house training.
