Administration Coordinator (Part-time, Temporary, Hybrid working)
Our well known and established client has an exciting opportunity to join their team as temporary Administration Coordinator.

This role is 25 hours a week, though there may be flexibility for further hours. Initially in their office based in Henley for training, the successful candidate can be remote thereafter.
The role is projected to last 4.5 months with a possible extension for a further 6 months.

The Role
·Preparing reports and updates
·Liaising and coordinating with staff and volunteers who are also working on projects
·Contacting clients by telephone and emailing when required
·Engaging with agencies as appropriate and responding to queries
·Undertake training as necessary
The Ideal Candidate
·Previous experience in an administrative role
·Strong Experience of using Excel
·Good organisational skills
·A self starter and able to work on initiative
·Attention to detail
