A role which allows you freedom and gives you creative flair, working for a contract caterer with various B&I Sites across London and the South East, giving you an opportunity to train, coach and develop a team, and work no evenings or weekends. Then take a look at the role below.
My client is looking for a number or Sous Chefs or experienced CDPs ideally with B&I or Contract Catering Background, or premium high volume hospitality catering.
You will have a great understanding of the current market trends, both local and worldwide as well as great craft skills and how to stay ahead offering your customers the best possible food experience.
My client has recently won various new contracts to serve the catering needs for the staff in multiple offices in and around London and the South. The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of stock control and be able to work in part of a large and diverse team
Experience and Skills Required
The ideal candidate will be from a B&I contract catering background with good knowledge of finances and team management.
Salary and Benefits
As well as a brilliant salary of £35,000 dependant on skills, abilities and experience, enhanced pension contribution and life assurance scheme, great working hours covering just Monday to Friday & 40 hours a week.
