Due to the reopening of this stunning destination restaurant, late night bar and function venue my clients, have instructed me to look for a strong Sous chef to join a team of award winning chefs

The menu will be serving a mix of Modern British & European food with a twist, so the chefs will have a great opportunity to work with a wide range of ingredients and use a number of on trend cooking techniques.

The client actively encourages career development and offer an amazing training package giving you all the support needed to develop.

As well as a great salary package of up to £36,000, plus tips paid as a ratio of hours worked and currently looking at around £6000-£8000, this role also offers a favourable rota pattern, a great pension, and meals on duty and excellent career prospects.

You will ideally come from a high volume fresh food premium dining business, and be used to a busy high pressured environment
