Due to an internal promotion my client have instructed me to look for a strong Sous chef to join a team of award winning chefs at this Stunning fresh food restaurant, near Watford
The menu will be serving a mix of Modern British food alongside a regularly changing specials menu & themed menus, so the chefs will have a great opportunity to work with a wide range of ingredients and use a number of on trend cooking techniques.
The client actively encourages career development and offer an amazing training package giving you all the support needed to develop. You will have the opportunity to be integral in menu and business direction using your skills and experience to train an coach your team.
As well as a great salary package of up to £40,000, plus tips paid as a ratio of hours worked and currently looking at around £4000-£5000, this role also offers a favourable rota pattern, Live In in a self contained apartment, a great pension, and meals on duty and excellent career prospects.
You will ideally come from a high volume fresh food premium dining business, as well as having an understanding of menu writing and costing, and be used to a busy high pressured environment.
