Our client, a local charity, are looking to employ an IT Desktop SupportTechnician on a temporary basis to join their wonderful team. This is a temporary role with an immediate start.
We are currently looking to employ an IT Desktop SupportTechnician to assist and support the end users to log on and deal with any ITrelated queries.
• Incoming support
• Customer relations
• User account maintenance
• Directory permissions
• Application installations
• Logging tickets
• Escalating issues where necessary
• Microsoft office based
You will be engaging with all levels of business soexcellent customer service skills are essential!
