Some of the duties will include;
- First point of contact for all product enquiries via phone and website
- Controlling the process and assisting customers to select the most suitable product for their needs
- Manage the process efficiently through to order
- Proactively updating customers in relation to the progress of order
- Liaison with suppliers and compiling accurate quotations
