You will be managing a highly skilled team of developers to ensure their agile goals are met to ensure scrum maturity across your team. You will be ensuring the right personnel are paired with a challenge to ensure it is cleared efficiently and effectively. You will be delivering a project from both a business and development angle, holding accountability with the business analysts and project managers to ensure a product you can be proud of.
You will use your established agile scrum abilities to ensure your team are well supported from start to finish with your extensive knowledge of User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration and Automated testing.
You will succeed in this role by:
• Ensuring successful projects via agile processes and management of story tickets.
• Supplying exceptional people management with strong conflict resolution and people skills.
• Creating an enjoyable work environment that encourages developers to work at their best.
