This hard-working, focused and fun-loving team who are passionate about making a positive impact on the environment are now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join the team. Could this be you?

You will be someone with experience in leading a team of professional account managers, and will have significant B2B sales experience yourself. You will understands the importance of groundwork, and will be happy to lead on a granular level to begin with.

You will be target driven - the team is targeted against measurable quarterly KPIs on account retention and growth. You will be responsible for driving your team to build strong client relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ensuring your team is focussed, structured and organised.

Overall they are looking for a passionate and talented person to join their team with a particular focus on driving long term client relationships and supporting their commercial objective.
