Select Hospitality are proud to be working with this stunning hotel restaurant in the centre of Bury St Edmunds who are looking for a General Manager to oversee the running of a stunning destination hotel and restaurant.
If you are looking to work for one of the most talked about family run hospitality groups in East Anglia, with amazing career progression across their current portfolio of 20 sites and plans to have 30 in the next 18 month, then this is the role for you
As General Manager you will have the full autonomy to run the business the way you see best.
You will come from a fresh food and destination venue background, and will be able to use your experience and knowledge to drive the business forward. The owners of this business will fully back you both financially & in terms of marketing support and team training to ensure you are able to get the best results for the business
Due to the nature of the business it is essential that you are happy working anti-social hours to ensure the businesses run correctly
As well as a great salary of up to £40,000, this role offers great tips and industry leading bonus, uncapped profit related bonus (bonus and tips package of £6000-£12000) as well as great benefits and perks platform, pension, and being closed Christmas Day & Boxing Day.
