Have you experience in compliance or working in a regulated industry? Do you have a background in Housing / Lettings / Estate Agency but looking to work Monday to Friday with no weekends, then this could be the role for you.
This is a 6 month contract, to start as soon as possible.
The role is suited to a highly competent administrator / coordinator with the ability to be both reactive and proactive, liaising with contractors and suppliers.
You will have strong organizational skills, the ability to develop and implement new processes and be highly computer literate across a range of packages.
