We are looking for Recruitment Resourcers to join our central Norwich Specialist Recruitment Agency.

This entry level role requires no recruitment experience but you’ll get ahead with a driven and hungry attitude. This role will let you get involved with a wide range of activities so that you can broaden your skillset and improve your recruitment abilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Using a range of techniques to find candidates, curating a talent pool for seniors.
  • Calling candidates to discuss their career and experience.
  • Discussing the opportunities within your specialisms and encouraging candidates towards them.
  • Creating adverts and marketing material for job boards and social media.
  • Working on the internal CRM to keep data clear and useable.
