As a Rapid Response Operator, your day to day role will include:
• Processing jobs onto their system & booking dates in with customers via telephone.
• Supporting in scheduling work for technicians
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Liaising with sub-contractors
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Its vital that your key Skills/Attributes include:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, gained in either a sales or customer service environment
• Excellent communication
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
