As an integral part of the team based in Colchester who enjoy hybrid working, you will be responsible for all of the key elements of Quantity Surveying with their Education, Healthcare, Public Sector, and Commercial clients. Astute and accurate management of cost control from initial budget advice, through to release of retentions will be your domain, as will utilizing your knowledge of JCT, NEC, and the various construction techniques available to the industry.
