Project Quantity Surveyor - East Anglia - Perm - Up to £45k + RICS membership and support

One of the world's most successful and recognisable Construction Consultancies is growing their regional hub in Norwich. Their success has been replicated in offices across the world, and by joining as a Project Quantity Surveyor you could next in line to discover just how much of that success is down to the investment they make into their people.

This is a proactive and delivery focused role that will see you at the forefront of hands-on cost management and client side surveying alongside an experienced team. You'll be covering the full project lifecycle, with support from all areas of the business to ensure that projects are delivered successfully and on time.

With a focus on Residential, Education, Scientific and Commercial sector construction, you'll ideally be fully up to speed with JCT and NEC contracts and have a preference/experience towards these areas. This is a consulting client side position so ideal for someone who enjoys the flexibility and variety of contractor surveying and the stability/working style of client side.

The rewards are pretty good too:

- Up to £45K starting salary
- Flexible benefits scheme
- Flexible working arrangements
- Private life assurance, healthcare & pension
- 33 days annual leave

There is a consistent focus on personal development, with established internal programmes that promote clear career structures and and flexible working. My client also offers a fully paid membership to a relevant professional institution, so your chartered status needed come out of your own pocket!

If you're looking for an opportunity to become Chartered, they have a wealth of experience and mentors to support your achievement.
