Due to the reopening of my clients venue, I am looking for PASTRY CHEF to join a team of talented chefs at this award winning wedding venue.

This role is an amazing opportunity for a chef who is looking to work with a diverse range of menus, ingredients and customer requirements, you will have the opportunity to use your experience and skills to influence the menus & cater to a wide mix of clients requirements.
The client have daily weddings, all of differing sizes, booked for the next 18 months, making each day different.  All food is cooked fresh onsite and the majority of the ingredients come from their onsite small holding.

The client actively encourages career development and offer an amazing training package, including NVQs, giving you all the support needed to develop, you will have the opportunity to be involved in catering on all departments in the kitchen including breakfast, lunch and pastry

As well as a great salary package of up to £28,000, including overtime after 37 hours (usually equates to 30% of salary), this role also offers a great pension, free parking on site, and meals on duty and excellent career prospects.

Due to location you will need a driving licence.
