You’ll be using your demonstrable experience in administration to support the business owner with international travel and overall diary management. You’ll be ensuring that all business expenses are handled with the office administrator and handling a range of different administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.
You’ll be using your can-do attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure to facilitate all the needs of the business owner, especially as our client continues their expansion. You’ll be acting as a filter to the business owner, ensuring that their diary is workable and handling their phone calls.
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
- Have a track record of longevity working at other companies in similar roles.
- Be confident taking on new tasks at short notice to support the business leader.
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
