Are you looking to take on a PA role with a company that cares about their customers and rewards loyalty? Are you looking for a Part Time role where everyone is respected, cared about and supported? Our Luton based client is looking for a PA/Administrator to support their expanding business due to their nationally respected status.

You’ll be using your demonstrable experience in administration to support the business owner with international travel and overall diary management. You’ll be ensuring that all business expenses are handled with the office administrator and handling a range of different administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.

You’ll be using your can-do attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure to facilitate all the needs of the business owner, especially as our client continues their expansion. You’ll be acting as a filter to the business owner, ensuring that their diary is workable and handling their phone calls.
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
  • Have a track record of longevity working at other companies in similar roles.
  • Be confident taking on new tasks at short notice to support the business leader.
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Our client cares about their staff and makes sure each of them feel like a valued part of a team. You’ll be joining a team of analytical people that are unafraid to muck in to support one another. With a part time work schedule of 9-3 Monday to Thursday and great holiday’s, you’ll be able to achieve a positive work/life balance. Our client is offering a pro-rata pay of £25,000-£27,000p.a for the right experience.
