Select Recruitment is working in partnership with a local telecommunications business who are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to cover a maternity leave position. The maternity cover will be for a minimum of 1 year, but could lead to a permanent role in the future as the company continues to grow and expand.

Job Summary:

This is a varied role and would suit an individual who has worked in a similar role or industry and enjoys juggling a variety of tasks while meeting deadlines. You will be engaging on a day to day basis with Project Managers and Engineers, ensuring all associated documentation is present and correct for training and compliance purposes. Including timesheets, invoicing and new inductions and the issuing of PPE. Updating the database with accurate information for timely and accurate invoicing.

Key Responsibilities; but not limited to.

This role will require high attention to detail and level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and comfortable using Excel as this will be a common programme you will work with on a day to day basis.

• Excel work including formulating data and pivot tables.
• Support all contractors with documentation.
• Ensure all compliance forms are complete.
• Liaise with engineers to ensure all relevant forms are complete accurately.
• All administration support, including some invoicing.

• Communication skills to communicate with other suppliers and businesses in a professional manner
• Telephone skills to answer the telephone in a professional manner and to gather all the correct information from the person who is calling
• Public / confident speaking skills- to be able to hold meetings and contribute in them, to also lead an induction to multiple engineers at a time on occasion
• Highly organised
• Flexible with a can do attitude
• Excellent Excel experience

• Team player

Working Hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
