The business benefits from a very low staff turnover – this team of 15 are well knit to say the least, and all enjoy surprisingly unorthodox surroundings aesthetically.
With an on site warehouse and small distribution team – transparency and team work is key, and evident daily. Colleagues work together to resolve issues and meet realistic targets against the clock.
With no 2 days the same, you will use your expertise to effectively import various full load FAK and foodstuffs cargo from all over the world – in particular Far, Middle East, and Asia
The role would suit someone who has handled ocean import operations for a couple of years – conveying excellent levels of customer care and a keen eye for the profit margin.
Your day to day will involve all process’s from quotation to closure including – job loading, carrier and haulier liaisons, calculating profits, overseas agent liaison, all required documentation/ certification, customs declaration and invoicing. Cargowise experience is preferred but not essential.
