My client is on the hunt for a Head of Sales to take the reins in Scandinavia. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales & Marketing, this role is pivotal in the company's growth strategy. The Head of Sales will not only lead and manage a dynamic Sales team but will also be instrumental in crafting robust sales strategies to both retain and acquire clients.
As a strategic thinker, your mission will be twofold: retaining an impressive >95% of existing customers through long-term contracts and growing a resilient sales pipeline in line with the company's vision. You'll champion the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded. Beyond that, your ability to deliver competitive bid submissions and transfer best practices across the company will set you apart.
