A growing logistics company based in Tilbury is looking for a Multi Modal / Export Operator to join their expanding team. Originally specialising in imports from Asia via sea and air, the business now offers a broad range of logistics services across different industries.

What you’ll be doing:
- Arranging and managing import/export shipments via road, sea, and courier
- Coordinating with overseas agents, customers, and internal teams
- Booking transport and preparing all necessary shipment documentation
- Supporting customs entry and clearance processes
- Updating internal systems and issuing invoices
- Sourcing quotes for freight and marine insurance
- Experience in multi-modal freight forwarding
- Understanding of import/export documentation and customs procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Crosstrade experience is a bonus but not essential
- Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
- Able to work independently and manage your workload
