My client are leaders in their field and are now looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead on the planning & management of their recruitment activity. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning Marketing team, helping them to re-imagine the future!

The role is pivotal within the team and acts as the key person that pulls together the multiple strands of activity, turning them into a compelling campaign targeting prospects for future.

You will be an ambitious individual who will take responsibility for the strategic implementation of the marketing plan, pulling together multiple strands of activity to deliver a compelling end to end campaign that raises awareness, provides clarity of reason for choice, which ultimately leads to targets being achieved.

With a commercially focused mindset, you will work within the Marketing team and with colleagues to create compelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience, drive acquisition and raise the bar in respect of performance and outcomes.

Although Norwich based, my client will consider applications from those that wish to adopt a hybrid working model, with an expectation that approximately 40-60% of your time is Norwich based.

Experience required:
  • You will have a proven commercial awareness with demonstrable examples of how commercial understanding has been applied to business situations
  • Experience and knowledge of setting and managing targets and KPIs, with a proven ability in ‘knowing your numbers’ and reacting to emerging forecasts  Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to demonstrate best practice with implementation of Agile Marketing or Prince2 methodology to project management
  • An experienced manager, able to showcase managerial qualities and successes in developing and mentoring colleagues
  • Experience of delivering creative projects and working with agencies or in-house teams 
  • Strong understanding of how to identify, analyse and leverage consumer behavioural, lifestyle, transactional and demographic data to design compelling value propositions, customer journeys and marketing activations to deliver the business objectives 
  • Understanding of CRM / Salesforce 
  • Strong communications skills - written, oral and presentation 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including current trends and emerging channels, including PPC, SEO, paid social, native, chat and mobile A deep working knowledge of Google, Facebook and exploiting 3rd party channels is critical.
