Your main focus will be the deliverance of statutory and mandatory training, implementing a yearly plan to ensure all employees get the professional support they need to grow. You’ll be analysing the learning needs of each team, ensuring the smooth management of training interventions and mandatory training. You’ll get the opportunity to inject your personality into the training program, reviewing and updating all training plans yourself while liasing with other teams to ensure they are fully up to date and have clear expectations.
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
- Use your people skills to develop trusting relationships across the company and with external practitioners.
- Allow yourself to be adaptable to ensure any ad hoc projects are completed in excellent fashion.
- Support a company wide appraisal system to ensure the needs of every employee are met.
