Our client is looking to hire a Junior Conference Assistant to support the growth of their team
You’ll be working with the Conference Directors across a wide number of conferences with key duties covering:
- Research of topics and speakers.
- Liaising with clients to organise their speeches.
- Keeping the CRM database up to date.
- Chasing all necessary conference information.
- Attending conferences both in the UK and abroad.
You’ll have:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work across a range of projects all at the same time.
- Good IT skills.
- Positive, confident approach.
- Willingness to learn the industry and get involved.
