This is an exciting opening for an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to move to an Internal role and take responsibility for developing recruitment strategies and developing the resourcing, recruiting and on-boarding processes across the whole of the organization.
The role will include:
- Working closely with Hiring Managers, Human Resources, Training, as well as the Senior Management Team.
- Identifying trends in recruitment and retention both internally and externally, producing reports and recommendations.
- Investigating and accessing funding/grants for training & development including managing the apprenticeship levy.
