Due to increased workload, one of local University departments needs to add a HR coordinator (recruitment) into there team and that’s where you come in!
This is a fantastic part-time opportunity working approx. 21 hours/3 days a week for a contract which has the potential to go longer with other work possibly available too. The hours and days will always be between Monday to Friday so you can bank on your weekends being yours and to top it off this position is work from home so let us know if this is for you!
For an hourly rate of £16.22 you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skill sets
Document preparation including advert writing and role specs
Sourcing candidates
Screening
Interviewing
Compliance and paperwork
Offers and helping new team members get started
