Housekeeping Manager (Temporary 2 month, potential Temp to Perm)
Our client, a prestigious educational organisation based in Headington, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as Housekeeping Manager.
In this crucial role you will manage a small team to housekeep a prestigious building in the education field.
The Role
·To manage the quality of Housekeeping and accommodation service
·To manage the team of cleaners and to assist with recruitment
·To motivate and set good standards for the team and support
·Supervise the inventory and maintaining stock
·Ordering supplies
·Prepare and manage the budget for the Housekeeping
The Ideal Candidate
·Previous Housekeeping experience
·Excellent time management skills
·Attention to detail
·Self-motivated and ability to motivate a team
·Ability to multi-task effectively
This is a temporary 2-month position, so please ensure you are available on short notice. Our client will consider temp to perm for the successful candidate.
You will be entitled to a pay rate of between £12-14.50 p/h depending on experience, if you go on to secure a permanent vacancy you will be entitled to a wide range of generous benefits.
