Head Chef £45,000 | Monday to Friday | Immediate Start

Are you an experienced Head Chef looking for a Monday-to-Friday role with real responsibility?

We are recruiting a Head Chef to lead a busy, multi-site catering operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong kitchen leader who enjoys variety, high standards and managing a team.

The Role

You will lead a kitchen team of six:

The operation serves around 150–200 main meals per day, plus a further 30–40 meals across remote locations.

You'll oversee a varied food operation including:

  • Main catering service
  • Grab-and-go
  • Coffee bar
  • In-house baking
  • Events and hospitality
  • Catering across the wider park

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Head Chef with proven leadership skills.

You should have:

  • Previous Head Chef experience
  • Strong kitchen management skills
  • Experience leading and developing a kitchen team
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage a busy, varied operation
  • A genuine passion for quality food and service

This is not a typical step-up role. You must be confident leading a team and managing a high-volume catering operation.
