Are you an experienced Head Chef with Pastry experience looking to work in a rapidly successful Cafe business? As a Head Chef you will be coaching, developing and mentoring a small new team whilst producing top quality breads, cakes, pastry's as well as a breakfast and a lunch menu.
Based on the outskirts of Ipswich/DAY HOURS ONLY
You will need to be confident in serving a very busy breakfast & lunch service.

The ideal candidate will come from a busy fresh food background, have a good understanding of menu writing & costing, stock-takes, full due diligence and be able to run, motivate and develop the kitchen team and offering.
