Forklift Driver - Temp to Perm
Location: Norwich
Pay: £14 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 6:00pm, with an early finish on Fridays
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Are you an experienced Forklift Driver / Production Operative with Counterbalance Forklift experience looking for a long-term opportunity? Our client, a busy manufacturing business in Norwich, is looking for a reliable and flexible individual to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day manufacturing operation. You will need to be hands-on, adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift alongside production duties
- Supporting different areas of the manufacturing operation as required
- Working safely and efficiently to meet production requirements
- Responding quickly and effectively to operational issues
- Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
- Adapting to changing priorities and responding positively to challenges
- Working as part of a team while also being able to use your own initiative
About You
- Previous Counterbalance Forklift experience
- Experience within production, manufacturing or a similar environment
- A flexible and multi-skilled approach to work
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, action-oriented attitude
- The ability to identify problems and deal with them promptly
