Looking for a passionate, hands on full-time permanent Executive Head Chef to drive their food operations with it's 2 kitchens in this large luxury family run hotel that has grown over the years into a highly successful business.

The location is set right by the beautiful Norfolk coast with stunning views and offers locals and many tourists top quality produce with a wide variety & creative menu. As an Executive Head Chef you will have experience in managing a team whilst working in fast-paced busy kitchen's and can produce high quality fresh food.

The Role:
• Manage the day to day kitchen operations
• Manage and develop the Kitchen team
• Ensuring our 5* food hygiene rating is maintained at all times
• Experience of menu development
• To develop new menus
• Drive the business forward in both restaurants & events
• Committed to the guest experience, with pride in the food that you and your team prepare and present
• Ability to train, encourage and put your team at ease whilst understanding individual needs
• Stock control & costings
• Food margin targets
• Good knowledge of fresh food and high volume
• Restaurant and Banqueting experience
• Manage a team of 10 chefs
• Staffing – recruitment/rota's
• Wedding Menu creating & tasting
