My east Northants electrical engineering client has an award winning reputation with both its customers and employers. Business is moving from strength to strength off the back of it, and to support their growth, we've created a brand new Electrical Operations Manager position who can work hands-on in the Northamptonshire area with a team of highly capable engineers.
This role comes with a mixture of both technical installation/service/repair work and team leadership. You'll be working directly with a broad customer base in both Industrial and Commercial settings, and coordinating with the senior leadership team to ensure projects are delivered on time and in budget.
My client holds their customers at the heart of their business, and as such you and your team will be delivering services directly without the use of sub-contractors. As such, this is the perfect role for an experienced Electrical Engineer who enjoys taking full control of a project and leading the team that will bring customers back again and again.
Qualifications for the job:
- 18th Edition essential
- ECS Card and/or 2391 Test and Inspection useful
- Project/Team Management experience within an industrial/engineering setting
