Location: Great Yarmouth
Pay: £12.72 per hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm, Friday 8:00am–3:30pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Are you looking for a temp to perm role within a marine manufacturing environment? Our client in Great Yarmouth is looking for an Electrical Assembly Operative to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with assembly, production or electrical experience who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality products.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical and mechanical units and components to required specifications.
- Read and follow engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and assembly instructions.
- Complete basic electrical wiring, cable routing, terminations and connections.
- Safely use hand tools, power tools and assembly equipment.
- Carry out visual inspections and functional checks to ensure quality.
- Identify and report defects, quality issues and potential improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or production is preferred.
- Understanding of electrical assembly, wiring and electrical safety.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
- Confident using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to changing production requirements.
