Are you an experienced Team Leader looking for an opportunity to showcase your skills in driving customer success functions?
Our client, an IT & Telecoms managed services provider based in Hertfordshire, has been experiencing record levels of growth for the past couple of years. Having recently partnered with some of the biggest companies in the UK, they’re looking for a Customer Services Team Leader to play a key role for the business.

Working with one of the Directors, you’ll be overseeing a team of Account Managers, monitoring their support and queries requests to ensure that clients are receiving all the help they need with their products and solutions. You’ll mentor members of the team, discuss any concerns that they have, and report their successes to the upper management.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
  • Strong skills in team leadership
  • Experience from the IT/Telecoms sector
  • Ability to spot areas for development
  • Confident communication and organisation skills
