Are you brilliant on the phone? Are you able to handle customer queries with confidence? Our client based in Lowestoft are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team supporting their unique customer portfolio covering the offshore energy sector!
As an important part of the business, you'll be bright, and enthusiastic with the ability to look after the memberships within the company. You are comfortable dealing with enquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. Aside using the phones, email line and reporting to the Sales manager you'll be using your skills with Excel. Word and Publisher as well as gathering market and customer information.
The role is rewarding in itself but of course there are other benefits which include a full time working week of 40 hours and depending on your experience a salary range £19-£21K!
