Select Appointments are working exclusively with Cancer Research UK, and have a number of exciting opportunities to join their team as a Customer Service Adviser to assist them throughout the summer period.
We have worked with Cancer Research UK for many years, with many of our temps going on to secure permanent positions, with excellent feedback on the brilliant working environment and how well staff are valued and respected.
Successful candidates will join their customer services teams to provide support on one of their fundraising campaigns e.g. Race for Life, and you will be involved in making a real difference to people's lives.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- An effective verbal and written communicator
- Good IT Skills and able to enter data accurately into their databases
- A confident telephone manner
- Good attention to detail
- Able to deliver great customer service
After a weeks initial training in the office, candidates can then choose whether to continue to work from the office in Cowley or from home. The offices are light, spacious and open plan with a smart casual dress code and there are great employee facilities on site.
The role is 35 hours a week, there is also a requirement that you will work one weekend a month and some evenings now and then. The role is projected to finish in August.
