A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client within the Travel Industry on a temporary basis.

Our client specialises in Holiday Lets and Cottages and is looking for additional support during the summer months! This position is based in Southwold.

Within this role, you will be required to:
  • Meet and greet customers face to face
  • Assist with enquiries
  • Answer the phones
  • Make/amend and cancel bookings
  • Log/report any Property Management issues
The working hours for this position are 37.5 per week with shifts between the hours of 9am-5pm and 11am-7pm Monday to Saturday.

Pay rate of £10 an hour and this assignment runs until September.
