Customer Service Administrator
Our client, an established and dynamic company based near Thame, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Customer Service Administrator.

In this busy and varied role, you will be the first point of call for inbound calls and you will assist with order processing, providing information and advice on products.

Working in the office 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday you will be entitled to a salary of £23k plus a good benefits package including free lunches!

The Role
·Answering calls from internal and external customers
·Liaising with customers regarding orders via telephone and email
·General order enquiries and returns
·Processing orders/invoices and credits accurately
·Setting up new customer accounts
·Dealing with delivery issues and liaising with couriers

The Ideal Candidate

·Experience in a Customer Service role is highly desirable
·Experience in a role dealing with people via the telephone is essential
·Excellent verbal and written communication
·IT Proficient
·Knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential
