How would you like to work in a friendly, fast growing e-commerce business in St Albans?
This well-established business are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team in St Albans.

You will be:
  • Greeting visitors and clients on Reception.
  • Dealing with incoming post and deliveries.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Dealing with customer issues.
  • Managing enquiry emails + much more.
About you:
  • At least 2 years Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Proficient in MS Office Word & Excel.
In return you will receive:
£19k-£21k salary dependent on experience
Hours Mon-Fri
Mon – 8:30-5.30
Tue – Fri 9.00-5.30
