This well-established business are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team in St Albans.
You will be:
- Greeting visitors and clients on Reception.
- Dealing with incoming post and deliveries.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Dealing with customer issues.
- Managing enquiry emails + much more.
- At least 2 years Customer Service experience.
- Excellent communicator.
- Proficient in MS Office Word & Excel.
£19k-£21k salary dependent on experience
Mon – 8:30-5.30
Tue – Fri 9.00-5.30
